By December 1st, 2020, Imtiaz Naqvi Foundation successfully built and funded 3 LOG Shelters in Mirpur Khas, using our Youtube tutorials, online resources (and guidance from our project manager Mr. Naheem Shah).
Mirpur Khas is greatly affected by reoccurring flooding, resulting in loss of life and damage to personal properties, which leaves the villagers in a vulnerable state. On top of that, the cost of reconstruction of a house is unbearable for the affected ones.
LariOcta Green (LOG) has been designed as a flood-proof shelter. Using the quick assembly of prefab panels designed by the Heritage Foundation of Pakistan, Imtiaz Naqvi Foundation has managed to make each unit for Rs. 20,000.
